A little bit of history…
Chef Bernard and Maître D Linda can always be found present and working at the restaurant.
Bernard, with a diploma in cooking from the Rivière-du-Loup Hospitality School and training in administration at The Institute of Tourism and Hospitality of Québec in Montreal, has logged 45 years of experience as a chef including practising his passion for cooking from Newfoundland to Vancouver as well as a 6 year stay in Australia.
Linda, with a background in banking and finance transitioned into the restaurant domain in 1989 in St-Jovite, now known as Mont-Tremblant. As a unilingual anglophone she embarked on the journey of realising a lifetime dream of becoming bilingual and having the ability to welcome her customers like members of the family in both English and French.
